Quotes & Ordering

Submit your requirement through the SEWP Quote Request Tool on sewp.nasa.gov and include BTI, or email it to our SEWP Program Office.
- STEP 2
Fair opportunity
Orders follow FAR 16.505. Give all eligible contract holders in the category a fair opportunity unless a documented exception applies.
- STEP 3
Place the order
Issue a delivery order referencing BTI's SEWP VI contract and accepted quote, and send it to the SEWP Program Office per current instructions, copying BTI.
- STEP 4
Fulfillment & support
BTI confirms receipt, delivers, and invoices per the order terms. The SEWP surcharge is included in pricing.
